Use of Designs
All original pattern designs and original digitised embroidery designs, either free or sold on the A’hem Stitch and Design website or Facebook page are licensed for the original customer use only. You cannot sell, trade, copy, loan, transfer or in any way duplicate the digitized design, or written instructions, in any part or whole without violating copyright law, with the sole exception of prior written permission from A’hem Stitch and Design.
You may use any designs on any items for yourself or stitched on items that are for gifts. You can also use the designs on items for resale, as long as you make them yourself and acknowledge that A’hem Stitch and Design holds sole copyright of the embroidered designs and any written item instructions.
By downloading the original embroidery files and PDF pattern files you are agreeing to adhere to the guidelines listed here and any additional statements in the files themselves.
Refunds and Credits
Due to the electronic nature of these digitized embroidery designs there are no refunds after your order is despatched to you, either by email or downloaded from the website.
I will work with you to help download any items and ensure your order is received. Assistance will be given for any problem.
